We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all HairSwap Pro subscriptions.If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we'll refund your payment in full - no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. If you've been a Pro subscriber before and are resubscribing, different terms may apply based on your specific situation.

What's Covered

  • HairSwap Pro subscriptions - Monthly and yearly plans
  • Unused credits - If you haven't used your monthly credits
  • Technical issues - If our service didn't work as expected
  • Dissatisfaction - If you're simply not happy with the results
  • Accidental purchases - If you upgraded by mistake

What's Not Covered

  • Free accounts - No payment was made, so no refund applies
  • Used credits from previous months - Credits consumed in prior billing periods
  • Violations of Terms - If your account was suspended for policy violations
  • After 30 days - Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Chargebacks - If you've already disputed the charge with your bank

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. The refund will appear on the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Partial Refunds

  • Credit adjustments - If you experienced technical issues that consumed credits unfairly
  • Downgrade refunds - When switching from yearly to monthly plans

Automatic Renewals

HairSwap Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel:

  • You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period
  • No future charges will occur
  • You can still request a refund for the current period if within 30 days

Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing charges with your bank. We're committed to resolving any issues directly and can often solve problems much faster than the chargeback process.

If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. We're always happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
